Thank you for visiting the Journal of Unabridged Genius website. We value your participation and contributions to this journal and also welcome the opportunity to serve as an intellectual conduit that will allow students, academics and pracademics in the United States to learn more about related research coming from the four corners of the world.
International articles and research are welcome on all transdisciplinary and/or African-centered themes. Articles most likely to be published are those that boldly demonstrate 1) an above average understanding of the TALO Leadership Theory, 2) "teachable moments" that also show an appreciation of a predominantly African-American readership interested in learning about other cultures while 3) also reflecting on specific country or culture similarities and dissimilarities. 4) While not mandatory, contributors are encouraged to also cite a few previous JUG articles to also demonstrate an appreciation of the journal's mission and purpose. But do not be afraid to disagree with or challenge previous articles, including the TALO Leadership Theory, if this is the case. But overall, and in other words, have fun with your article!
